Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Sale items, swimwear, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free Returns

• We offer free returns on all eligible items.

• Simply email info@llyfashnelec.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We'll email you a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days.

• Drop off your package at any authorised carrier location.

Exchanges

​

• Want a different size or colour? We'll make it happen.

• Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

• Include your preferred size/colour in your return email.

• New item ships once we receive your return.

Refunds

​

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
